Removing Orange OS software from SPV M310

Hi All

I am looking to remove the Orange OS on my SPV M3100 and replace it with a new one but cant find any link or posting. Therefore if I can by pass Orange preinstall OS would be great.

I was thinking of doing this before I travel to HK and Japan in January and want to install some Chinese and Japanese translation program on my phone. But I thought its best to resolve the OS on my phone first to avoid reinstalling other things.

I had a look on relevant threads on this site and other's but did not see anybody posted topic on this matter.

would anyone be able to help me!
