CoolCamera 1.15 & Qtek8310 & Wifi --> How?

Downloaded the CoolCamera 1.15 app and installed it on my Qtek8310, it seems to be working. I want to stream the pictures/video to my laptop using Wifi. Looking in some different forums to find that I had to set the IP-address of my laptop in the Config.txt file. Problem is is that I can not find in what format I have to do that. Default it has the following content:

CaptureWindow:0,0,0,0

But that is the parameter to define the picture you want to capture.

How can I connect CoolCamera to my laptop using wifi and what piece of software can I use on my laptop to connect to CoolCamera on my Qtek8310?

can u even use coolcamera with wifi? i know that in version 1.15 theyv taken away the webcam feature and u use the program webcamera plus, wich is a wonderful program. i dont recal using any wifi mode tho, only usb. also youd think wifi would have bad framerate too, if there is a wifi option.
