Sim Unlocking an Orange SPV C600

Hi Guys..

How do I unlock my phone so that I can put any sim in it?

I have already done the application unlock etc and am currently running the iMATE rom but still I cant seem to use other sims in it.

Also, anyone know the orange grps settings?

I cant seem to browse the web on the phone since the imate rom update.
