O2 XDA halts at boot screen ... please help

Hi there

I have an O2 XDA EXEC

when i switch it on, it shows up the blue colored O2 screen and some red colored writings in one corner

THERE IT STOPS.... and its not booting the welcome screen

i have tried resetting the System... NO use :)

Please can some one suggest what to do next

Have you tried a hard reset? This will wipe your data on the device, so you would have to re-install everything, but I assume you have your device synchronised with your desktop, and copies of your applications to install again, or even better a full backup of your device.

To hard reset, hold down the two "soft keys" on the keyboard (the ones with the - on at the top) and while holding those down, press the reset button on the back. You should get a message on the screen, press the 0 (zero) key, and it will reboot after wiping the memory.
