SMS sent notification - phone vibrates

Everytime I send an SMS on the vario II, the phone vibrates which I could really do without. In sounds and notifications, there is no way of turning this off.

Is there a cab file which would allow me to change this?

I have a vario 2 but with a O2 PAYG Sim and I used to get a sound notification after every text with my remaining balance, I couldn't turn it off, I emailed O2 and they turned off the notification their end. I can still find out my remaining balance by *#10# send
