[HTC S310 Oxygen] Can I put other T9 into? (polish language)

I have just started my adventure with HTC S310 (SPV C100). There is an english version of WM5, so I would like to ask if there is any possibility to put a polish T9 dictionary into?

My ther quiestion is if there will be a chance thay will relase a polish version of WM for this smartphone? Would be great;-)
