Orange SPV M3100 - Voicemail Icon

Hi,

I recently managed to upgrade to the M3100 fro free (which took a bit of doing), but managed it none the less. Anyway, I'm having an annoying issue, which I have raised with Orange, but just thought I'd see if anyone out there has had the same issue. On my phone, my Voicemail indicator is permantly showing, even tho I have removed all of my voice messages. As soon as you clear the last message, the icon disappears, but comes straight back again. So, because of this, if someone actually leaves me a voice message, I get no notification of it.

Has anyone any ideas?

It's an old network issue with Orange.

The normal trick is to leave yourself a message and then delete it and wait for the deletion confirmation and the symbol to go before disconnecting.

They got me to try this, and I've tried a couple of times, leaving the call to the voicemail open until it disconnects, but as soon as I delete the voice message, my phone nofifys me of a new voice message. Very odd and annoying.
