New ROM, help with setup the phone again

Guys, i just installed the Mteor with the new ROM. Now i need some help with some stuff that i had on the phone and that i forgot. I know its here somewhere on the forum but since its a few things i would appreciate if i could have everything in one place. Sorry for my laziness. BUt this happens every time you install a new ROM. ANd everything back to from scratch. OK so here goes.

1. How do i use one of the old Active Sync profiles so that i don't have to setup everything from start (like just click the profile and then i can reinstall all program that i had installed on that profile)?

2. Application unlock to be able to install everything on the phone?

3. How do i so that all my emails, SMS on the storage card?

3.1 If i have old SMS and emails on my storage card, how can i make the visible (available) on the phone again?

4. How do i save all calender and task info on the storage card?

5. Have all IE files stored on my Storage Card

6. Have i forgotten anything?
