Guest Confucious Posted December 25, 2006 Report Posted December 25, 2006 Did it flash OK? Have you tried re-flashing?
Guest frangall Posted December 25, 2006 Report Posted December 25, 2006 (edited) Yes, it flashed ok and showed that it was successful, then turned itself off and after that I never could power on it again, Windows doesn't recognized since the phone is off all the time, there's no way to reflash it again, the battery was brand new and fully charged. I think that I need it to send to HTC to be fixed "jtag" with especial hardware or maybe try to send it to Florin, any thoughts? How do I contact Florin? Any ideas on how much will cost to jtag? Please help !! :) Edited December 25, 2006 by frangall
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted December 25, 2006 Report Posted December 25, 2006 Unfortunately you have now killed your phone. The US SDA is a completely different device to the SDA II in the UK. They have different operating systems and hardware which are not compatable with each other. I'm not sure if Florin has the time to fix the device and you may be better off contacting an HTC service center direct. Otherwise Florin can be contacted via imei-check.co.uk
Guest frangall Posted December 25, 2006 Report Posted December 25, 2006 (edited) Thank you awarner for your quick answer, is there any way to fix it? how about jtag? any sugestions? Edited December 25, 2006 by frangall
