how do i back up SMS messages in the inbox and sent folder?

Hi,

when i want to hardreset the device, i lose all my SMS messages. I can almost backup/sync back everything except the SMS messages. r there any ways to backup the sms in the inbox and sent folder?

try copy the cemail.vol in your root dir.

and for the contact and calendar, please backup pim.vol.

*note that pim.vol cannot be copied to sdcard using resco, but can by using the built-in file explorer.

To restore, using the builtin file explorer, rename the pim.vol and copy-paste the backuped pim.vol from sdcard. Soft reset (before you do anything else!) (i've done this more than 5 times... but for the cemail.vol haven't try it yet...)
