upgrade advice

Im looking for some advice. I am wanting to upgrade my smartphone to a smartphone/pda

I have a few requirements.

Windows mobile 2005 edition,

a decent camera

bluetooth (preferably 2.0)

WiFi

preferably touch screen

Pocket word/excel/powerpoint

built in GPS

Can anyone help me or give me any ideas at what to look at?
