Sending a business card/contact card

I haven't been on here for ages, which is a sign things are running smoothly BUT, having had my spv c500 over a year now I have forgotten how to send contact numbers/cards whatever they're called on an spv. Cannot for love nor money find it in the various manuals or on here either. Can someone please help?

How are you wanting to send contacts. Via Bluetooth or SMS?
