Music Format WMP

I usally use TCPMP as I like to keep my music files small (aac format) but as wmp dont play aac, whats the lowest sized format for WMP??

or if MP3,

what bit rate should i set it to, so its clear but small file type?

u can set it to 64kbs and not notice a quality difference. but i like ot have mine at 128kbs. i have windows media player automaticly convert it to wmv.
