Hello

Whenever I try to use the data connection on my T-Mobile branded HTC with WM2003SE it asks "Cannot connect via default connection. Connect using GPRS?" or "Connect using Pass through?"

The setting where I allow if to use the GPRS link without asking in the Data Connections keeps getting ovewritten when I restart IE.

Can I change something (in the Registry?) so it doesn't ask this question and just gets on with connecting, by PassThru first if present then GPRS? It's very annoying being asked iif it's OK to use T-Mob GPRS connection every time I navigate to a new internet page. <_<

Gah! The message "Unable to use your default connection use GPRS instead?" happens every time I change page. Any help on removing it?

yes set your default type to automatic in the settings menu this should ure it and get it to do as you wish i.e. pasthrough when available gprs when its not no questions asked...so thats Settins>conections

then press menu advanced

internet conection set to automatic

note your device may be slightly different in menu configuration but the choices are thesame and the setting will work the same
