Guest Cog Head Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 hi, my first post here. im thinking of buying tomtom navigator 6 for my SPV M3100, but the problem is... the SPV uses a MicroSD card as its expandable memory, but the tomtom package comes with a MiniSD card. my question is, can i coppy the data from the MiniSD supplied to my 2Gb MicroSD? and will it work ? also anyone have any ideas on how i should go about transfering the data? manny thanks. :)

Yes, you can transfer the data onto a MicroSD - just copy onto your PC and back to the new card using a card reader on your PC. The M3100 is a PPC (an HTC Hermes) not a SmartPhone so this is actually in the wrong forum, if you look in the Hermes specific forum you will find people discussing TomTom on the Hermes and will find people with knowledge of your particular device.
