Smartphone with Quality Camera?

Is there a smartphone or small pocket pc phone which has a quality camera built in? By quality I'm not necessarily talking about 10 mega-pixel as for me anything over about 2 Meg is wasted because I only take pics to view on a computer and don't need that much resolution. But the problem has always been one of focusing.

My friends (now old) SE K750i has a better camera than any I have seen on a smartphone or pocket pc. I think its because the K750i has auto focus.

Has this been rectified yet?

There are no devices with an outstanding quality compared to some of the SE camera devices but the newer devices like the PocketPC Vario II is improved.

the samsung SCH-M709, with an amazing 7mp camera. but idk if its a smartphone, i heard it was going to be made into one. it looks more like a camera than anything tho. it has a 240x320 screen so it might be idk.
