Hi All,

Ive noticed that on a DHCP network, i can access WiFi no problems.

BUT --- on my home static IP network .... I cant get WiFi -- mainly because I can't find a section in WM5 for me to setup a static IP address!!!

And ideas/advice? :)

Also whilst i'm on it -- how do I perform a soft reset? Is that power off -then- power on?? I only found instructions for a hardreset on the forum. :D

Thanks

Isn't that somewhere in

Start

Settings

Connections Tab

Network Cards

WLAN Adaptor

"User sepecific IP address"

?

I can't check for sure as I don't have a WM5 device on me!

Search for PhoneReboot by James Larry Gaines in Google. This small freeware app does a soft reset or switches off the tornado without using the power button.
