Who's buying all these C500s on Ebay?

I've trashed the LCD on my SPV C500 trying to take it to bits to clean the screen. I got contact cleaner in there after fixing the headphone socket (which had jammed open). The phone works but the screen will not work (but the patterns sure look pretty!).

I can get a new LCD from Ebay for £15 plus £5 P+P. I thought for £20 why not get a second hand C500 from Ebay and I'll have spare case etc.

I can't believe they go for such silly money! Normaly they are going for about £45 for a working phone. One went for £31 with the deadly white screen problem! (don't think anyones found a fix for this yet) Another went for £26 and it had water damage! Why are people paying this kind of money when you can get a recoditioned phone from Orange with 6 months waranty for £60?

I miss my phone!!!

Try fluffcat1! email him on ebay he has loadsa parts and he mite be able to sort you out a new C500?

I got my C500 for £35 on ebay it was ment to be in good condition however was a complete wreck (look liked someone had taken the paint off with a cheese grater!) but It would have gone for 30 if some annoying person hadnt put in a last second bid!
