Need SW that HOLD preferred gsm cell

Hello, i have a samsung i320n EDGE!I use it only for internet with WIND operator!At my home there is a GPRS cell but, 50mt far, i get a EDGE cell.....!!!!!!

So for sure in my home i get EDGE signal but GPRS is more strong...!!

Is there a program that allow me to choose and hold my favourite cell????
