tcpmp help please

hi,

im new with the smartphone community and ive just installed tcpmp (latest version) and all the needed plugins, the only problem is that certain videos lag...the audio is fine but the video lags,

could anyone help me

Where has the video come from (straight from camera / internet download / DVD etc) and what frame rate / bit rate does it have? It sounds as though you may be asking too much of the on-board processor.

Try running it through PocketDivX set to 320x240 output and see how that goes. It's a freeware application you'll find with a quick Google search.

There are guides on here (MoDaCo) about how to get video into your device, some more complicated than others.

I find the easiest way to get a DVD in is to run it through DVDShrink (another freeware app) to rid it of various nasties and then run that file through PocketDivX so that it'll run nicely on TCPMP.
