Treo 750 keeps vibrating while hooked up to PC

Has anybody else had this?? Now that i've reconnected the 750v to my work machine, it keeps vibrating every five to ten minutes as though it's just been connected and picked up by activesync. Do i need to uninstall and reinstall activesync or something, perhaps? :)

Saw it once when a device was docked on the corpnet and wasn't able to reach exchange by its public FQDN. The vibrate happened each time it tried to hit the host and errored...
