SPV M3100... a great device, but need some help

Hi,

I have recently upgraded from an SPV C600 Smartphone to the Orange SPN M3100. Overall, I have been pretty happy with the upgrade... a very capable device.

However, I do have a few niggles that I hoped you folks might have solutions for. I have searched the forums and some of these have been mentioned, but I have not found solutions.

1) Bluetooth Headset. I use a Bluetooth Headset when driving (Motorola HS850), this is not a stereo one (I know this device supports stereo Bluetooth gadgets) but a plain old mono behind one ear device. I would like to be able to use this headset to initiate calls to my voice speed dial numbers... when I click the button on the headset, it prepares the phone to "listen" for a voice command, but it seems I have to use the phones microphone to recognise the voice tag... in other words, the phone is not receiving the voice prompt through the Bluetooth headset. Was wondering if there were headsets that did not have this issue, or if there was a work around to get this functionality working properly with my existing headset.

2) Messaging application.When I press the hardware button at the top for the messaging application, the title bar at the top and the soft key prompts at the bottom change, but the main window contents stay on the Today screen. Any ideas how to fix this? (If I go to the messaging app by using an alternate method, all is fine, but would like the hardware key method to work as it should!).

Software I have installed (just for info) is Skype, PB 5.2 beta 3, Agenda One, Codewallet Pro, TomTom Navgator 6, Fizz Traveller. All of them are the latest available versions.
