Guest starkman Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 Guys I need some help regarding Pocket Outlook. I have set up two POP email accounts and I also have the "Outlook email" folder/account that has ben created by the synch with the PC Outlook. When I try to send an email from the 2 POP accounts everything goes fine... the message is placed at the Outbox folder and at the next send/receive it is being sent. But when I try to forward an email that I have in the inbox of the "Outlook email" folder, it places it in the Outbox folder but it does not give me an option to send/receive.... so it is not being sent. Actually this is probably logical, because with the "Outlook email" folder/account there is no specific "sender", as all these emails have been placed there via the synch with the PC (and the Microsoft Outlook for Windows). What can we do about this? How can I find a way to be able to to forward an email I have in the inbox of the "Outlook email" folder ? :) thanx in advance
Guest Confused Stu Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 When you forward an e-mail in the Outlook profile, the phone will hold onto it until you next synch with your PC, when it'll pass it onto the computer and then Outlook on your PC will send it. It was designed as a way to deal with your e-mails when you're out of the office and then send them easily when you get back. If you've got your phone set up to sync it's mail with an exchange server wirelessly then that's a completely different story! :)

Only via active sync the email leaves the outbox folder and it is being sent via Outlook on the PC Too bad we cannot forward an important email. I actually discovered this because of a real need I had at work - It would have saved me a lot of time if I was able to forward an email I had at my PPC thanx for the reply :)
