Guest Aero Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 Hi folks, My C600 is pretty unusable at the moment due to about 1,5MB of SMSs and some more MMSs on it that I need to copy off (won't get into my usual rant about smartphones not allowing basic functionality (copying off SMS/MMS messages and allowing them to be saved onto memory cards etc...). My brother swears by Jeyo Mobile Extender, so I downloaded it and it looks pretty good (except that of course it doesn't do MMS messages). I'm having some problems though: As Activesync connects, I get an error message from Jeyo ME saying "unable to create folder". In the SMS directory in Outlook it's all good, except for some reason it hasn't copied all my SMS messages from the Inbox (nothing more recent than about last November). No such problem with sent messages. Also, if I go into "Manage SMS on device" for some reason it seems to become corrupt from mid November backwards, just showing a message of "1" from a huge hex number with a datestamp of my phone number! Again, sent messages is fine. Strangely, Jeyo Mobile Companion works fine and all the messages are intact, so there is no corruption. What's going on? Is it a limit of the trial version of the software? Please help, tearing my hair out and have several MMS messages to download before they expire...
