How to set file attribute on smartphone files?

Do I need any special program to do it? If yes please tell me which one:-)

(I mean for example to set 'system' or 'hidden' attribute onto file/folder).

Resco is my rescue;-) The system explorer can change 'hidden' attribut, but can't change to 'system'
