yes it can and for free :D

First you need to check your bootloader version, hold the power and ok buttons on your phone and then poke the reset hole with your stylus (save the jokes please :))

You'll see a white screen saying loading and then it will come up with a tri colour screen. If one one of the lines it says:

SPL: 1.04

Then your in luck and you can download the free unlocker and instructions from HERE

If it says:

SPL: 1.06 or 1.09

Then PM me and i might be able to help.

Does checking your bootloader version lose any settings or anything?

If I have got the correct bootloader will the network unlock process lose any settings or files?

No checking the boot loader does not affect anything, but when you do upgrade the ROM you will loose all your files/pictures/music stored on the phone but not the SD card, back everything up!

No you won't.

The upgrade on that website is RADIO ONLY. Hence, it will only change the radio section of your phone and leave the OS intact so all your programs etc are safe.
