Guest FlangeArtist Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Hi, For my old SPV's (100, 200, 500, etc.) I used to run the old CellTrack application, that using Cell Information uploaded my location based on the cells to a Web site which users could then view. Unfortunately, this app doesn't work for the Windows Mobile 5 (WM5) OS, and it doesn't look like the SPV Developers forum have done anything to write a WM5 version (well, no news for over 7 months!). Does anyone have anything similar for WM5 (specifically for the WM5)? Preferably it would utilise my Web and Walk (WnW) connection to periodically upload my details. Actually, thinking about it, it would be ideal if there was a way to map the longitude, latitude, date and time of the cell and upload this information, it could then be used with Google Maps or Virtual Earth for on-line mapping. Would also be great if you could specify where to upload the information to, so that I could host the information on my own Web site (so I could store my historic info and implement tracking over time). Any direction forward with this would be great! I do also have a GPS device (but a pain in the A to have to also carry it around), so if I have to I can use this. Is there any software out there that can take the GPS information and upload it to a destination of my choice, so that I can implement a Google Maps or Virtual Earth mapping system?
