Guest k3v Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Hi all, Ive had a problem with a junk email (its actually says 2 emails) which is in my inbox, I cant open it delete it or do anything with it, its just stuck there. Any ideas how I can delete it because the 2 new email alerts on the today page is annoying me now. Thanks in advance, kev

Guest chucky.egg Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 That doesnt always mean its gone from your POP mailbox. Id try using a webmail service (if you have one) to check the mailbox itself. If the mail has gone from the mailbox then you'll probably have to delete the email account on your phone, and then recreate it. If its the Outlook email account on the phone you'll probably have to sync your email with another machine to clear it out, then resync with your normal machine
