Erm, the HTC Hermes is pretty much your only option here...

Any reason why NOT the Hermes? Its a great device

Nope, theres currently nothing apart from the O2 XDA Stealth (416MHz)

o2-xda-stealth.gif

or the Asus P525 (416 MHz)

asus-p525.gif

but I dont think thats the keyboard you ment, btw the O2 XDA Stealth is a rebrand of the G-smart interface.jpg.

Although in the future we will see the

O2 XDA Zinc (520 MHz) o2-xda-zinc.gif

and the HTC Athena (624 MHz) htc_athena_1.jpg

Hope this is useful

First two, don't have keyboards as such :D

Second two, aren't out yet :D

The XDA stealth will probably only be out on O2 Business tariffs ala XDA IQ, or second hand on ebay. Plus it has no predictive text if its a g-smart rebrand :D

Phil

BTW, the Athena is HUGE :)

Oi! Back on topic.... :)

If you want a qwerty pocket pc thats out atm then the htc hermes is pretty much the only option.

Just a question of whether you can wait for the XDA Zinc or not :D

true phil true.

Although the HTC Athena is huge, its size is worth its spec by god it is!

TBH id rather have a few memory cards and a BT GPS unit than holding a paving slab to my head everytime i make a phone call :)

The XDA zinc is effectively a hermes without HSDPA and only Single Band UMTS but has GPS i think.

So will most likely be cheaper then, and looking at specs is also 4mm shorter lmao!

A 520Mhz will drain the battery tho... its bad enough on the Hermes and it's 400Mhz Samsung, gets so bad sometimes that i need to turn 3G off :)

Lol, and push mail and wifi and bluetooth for you :D

However you can also underclock to preserve battery

Removable and chargeable Lithium ion polymer battery, 2100mAh

Also phil, i think the 2100mah battery will suffice :D :D :)

Are we forgetting the Treo 750 here? Or have I missed one of the desired specs? (apart of course from 1.3mp cam)

The 750 is the best i've owned. Fast, small, responsive, good keyboard, looks dang nice (except i wish it was black)

Yeh we were only listing 2.0 megapixels and above so the Treo doesnt qualify.

Genious lol :)

Standard battery, Li-Ion 1350 mAh isnt really the same as Removable and chargeable Lithium ion polymer battery, 2100mAh
