After month of new coding, Homescreen Designer is now ready to be released for Windows Mobile 5.0 (Portrait and Landscape)! :D :)

It will be released in the next few days!

Even Tho I was one of the 1st people to purchase this on its release (think I was even a Beta Tester) am I liable for a free upgrade ?

As we have put a lot of work into it to make it QVGA Portrait and Landscape-compatible, we decided to charge 5$ for existing users. It's a standalone installation, so it is not replacing the old one. With the new, you are only able to make WM 5.0 QVGA-Screens in Portrait and Landscape mode.

Thats totally understandable Sven. Its a great piece of software and a worthy addition to any Smartphone.

Actually... the Treo 700wx will not be compatible with the first release of HSD 2.0 for WM 5.0.

The problem is that it is a square-format-phone, and we have only a portrait phone here. And Landscape we tested with the emulator. Unfortunately there is no Square-Emulator available from Microsoft (its a shame!)

But we hope to get a square-phone very soon, so we can implement that!

Actually this week will be release week, so keep an eye at this posting
