Hi,

I have the Motorola I930. Can's get any album art to transfer. It is on my pc when I play song in media player. I use the sync option in media player (tried it twice) can't seem to be able to see the album cover when playing on phone.

Strange, I dont know the actual solution.

But if this really starts to get too you, you can opt for the manual way, but saving an album image (.jpg) as folder.jpg into the albums folder on the device and it should show up in media player.

I am having the same problem with my t-mobile dash? don't know what the problem could be...it shows up on my pc but not on my phone
