simple task program that integrates with today screen

Sorry if this information is elsewhere, I tried doing a search and got a message about the admin enabling flood control or something like that.

I'm looking for a simple task program to buy/download that lets me add due dates and also integrates with the today screen. Anyone know of a program?

I tried out papyrus and facade. It's nice... but a little too powerful and advanced. I just want a simple task program that allows you to enter due dates and have the tasks show up on the today screen.
