Trouble installing home screen

hi,

i'm having some issues with installing home screens too. It is giving me a security warning when the installation kicks off - " the file doesn't have security permission to install". The installation quits right after that. I'm just copying cab files in the accessories folder and running it from there.

Please help.

the quide mentioned above is for orange mobile only. i'm with telstra in australia. is there a way to remove the application lock for my phone.
