MS Voice Command 1.6 dialing (not bluetooth issue)

I bought VC 1.6 for a Cingular 8525. I was prepared to deal with the BT headset issue but found another problem.

When I use VC to call an entry in a contact, it finds the proper contact and number but doesn't dial. I have to press the Enter in the D ring. The contact closes if I don't after a few second.

The phone dials fine if I speak a phone number instead of contact item.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any ideas appreciated.

Don,

When you call a contact VC confirms the contact to be dialed, In order to dial you have to reply yes to the request.
