SK Software release SKTools 3.1.2 !

News and updates:

- Input Methods now show individual icons (if presented)

- Invalid Registry Entry, Invalid Registry Values, Windows Startup, Input Methods, Today Plugins:

user can call Registry Explorer for selected item

- "Registry Explorer": import REGEDIT4 files,

- "Registry search": search in REG_BINARY, supported UNICODE/ASCII/HEX methods

- Online check for updates and news

- Auto reload if UI language changed

- After loading option from shortcut program exit by OK button

- Speedup some subsystem

- Small bug fixes
