How to remap key to run Outlook?

I'm using the T-Mobile Dash so I have the T-Zones key. I know how to remap that: I've remapped it to VoiceCommander. I'd like to remap my messaging key so that it goes straight to Outlook Email instead of the Messaging home screen that let's you choose from all of your accounts.

I think I've seen some commercial software that can handle keyboard remaps, but I'd rather not spend money just to change one key.

Does anyone know how to remap the messaging key to run Outlook?
