Guest crux Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 I'm looking for a text messaging program that will allow me to see the messages in a conversation/im format so I can keep messages grouped. Is there such a program for windows mobile 2003. Thanks, crux
Guest tonyng Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 I use SMS Exporter export all SMS to a text file, on my PC use Notepad open the file exported, then copy and paste everything into Excel, now it could be sort in anyway. By date, number or by anything else.
Guest tbblizzrd Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 I'm looking for a text messaging program that will allow me to see the messages in a conversation/im format so I can keep messages grouped. I am also looking for this program. On a random search for smartphone programs I believe I saw a program that sorted/organized SMS into a instant message style, grouping text messages received by the sender with a time-stamp at each message received. I have not been able to find this program since. Anyone know where one can be found?
Guest tbblizzrd Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 (edited) Found the program I was talking about, only problem I see is that it intercepts the text message, so you will not get a notification to your home screen, it will still alert you though. Also, if the program is not running or stopped by the task manager it will not intercept the text messages. Otherwise, it groups them nicely and looks like instant messages, which is what people basically use sms for. Wish there was an option to sort like this through the standard program. http://www.smartphone-freeware.com/download-txtman.html Here is another threader program I found. http://www.trianglepowers.com/ppc6700/ViewApp.aspx?ID=40 Edited February 6, 2007 by tbblizzrd

I've had no luck.
