Dash: Start Menu Reordering?

I know there is a registry hack that lets you customize the order of the Start menu items, but on the Dash when you go the registry location:

\HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Shell\StartMenu

...and select "Order", you see a bunch of hex code.

Anyone know how to change the order of the apps here?

(BTW - if you edit the GridView item and change the value to "0" it displays things as a List)
