Guest peterek Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 Is there any way to create rom image on sd card ??? i would like to save all my settings , programs, registry and whole rom on sd card, and then restore it on another phone same brand same model because any of backup programs doesnt work, like they suppoused to , Please help
Guest The Doctor Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 Is there any way to create rom image on sd card ??? i would like to save all my settings , programs, registry and whole rom on sd card, and then restore it on another phone same brand same model because any of backup programs doesnt work, like they suppoused to , Please help You can by doing the following:Download mtty 1.42 / teratermpro from somewhereDisabling USB connections in activesyncConnecting your phone to the USB in bootloader (turn off, hold camera, plug into usb)Open mtty1.42 /teratermpro and select USB from the port option (don't touch anything else) and press okType the following commant into the box and press enter afterwards:r2sd all It WILL erase all data you have on your card though.... you must type this as it wont work if you cut and paste it etc. More info in a guide I wrote HERE Phil

Not a clue :) From my experience i still had all my settings etc (i had a Qtek 8310 with SP5 AKU2 ROM) Phil
