Slingbox question

Hi,

I'm about to setup a singbox so a family member can watch uk tv whilst they live abroad.

Has anyone wirelessly streamed slingbox footage at the recieving end onto a fullsize tv using a wireless media streamer?

Is this possible and are there any quality issues etc.

This would be much better for them rather than having to view from their laptop

I haven't tried it, but I don't imagine the quality will be that great, depending on your upstream connection speed and their connection of course!

I've used my Slingbox and my Mac Book Pro linked to a 32" LG TFT TV to display. But the picture became quite pixelated. There is currently no way to link to a Slingbox using a Media Streaming device.

You might be interested in this which does what you ask but it's not released yet.
