Anyone purchased a qualifying laptop but not planning on using the Vista upgrade?

If anyone has a Vista upgrade that they were not planning of taking advantage of I would be willing to pay their costs (£15 P&P?). I want to Upgrade a Dell XP Pro install to Vista Premium if it needs to be a particular install or are the upgrades locked to the individual laptop they are ordered for?

i have one but lost the reciept so i cant get it free , but there is a site that sells vista all versions from 50 pounds ( oem versions ) :)

Ah, curses. Denied. Just bought another laptop on the cheap but was hoping to get a supercheap upgrade but don't think my model qualifies. Will check the interweb for those £50 upgrades.
