WM 5 H.264 Player Help

Hi, I just got a Motorola Q and I really dont want to have to re-encode and re-copy some of my movies back to my phone and the WMP will only give me the audio, but not the video. And TCMP wont play either because I dont have a H.264 or AAC plugin or something. Can somebody please help me get the proper software or codecs so that I can play these on my phone? Thanks a lot!!!
