Hi all,

I have an HTC-S620 and would like to be able to syncronise from Media Player 11 (on a Vist 32 system) directly to my memory card. Does anyone have any ideas how I can do that, as all the standard options don't seemt o allow me the option?

Thanks

My memory card was recognised as a device to sync too! it should just appear.

Well, I've triued removing everything and starting from scratch, but still only get the option of syncing directly to the phone?!?!?!?!

I'm thinking it's Vista now, more than anything else as it no longer uses ActiveSync in favour of Windows Mobile Device Center.

Any idea's peeps?

Thanks

i've got a similar problem want to sync video to smartphone but vista media player 11 deos not recognise c550 as a video player , video settings greyed out. video sync works on lobster but wmp11 does not see the sorage card in the phone so can only use internal memory.can sync directly on the card using card reader but again a only music, video settings greyed out.. microsoft are pants i always have problems with thier stuff just renembering bluetooth sync nightmare. :)

HA... nice to see it's not me and everyone has the same problem with vista.... Add the T-mobile dash (htc s620) to the list. i hear the Q and blackjack has the same problem. i do know that everyone is aware of it, but they are all looking at microsoft to fix the problem. i would guess they would fix this soon.. i winder if it will fix by itself with the new 6.0 upgrade that is promissed to the dash in a couple months. :)

I have the same problem with xp 64 and wmp 11. I'm sure a vista fix will be ready long before there is a fix for me. Maybe I should upgrade to Vista this weekend, it is of the 3 day variety.

There is a known bug in Vista which MS are working on fixing - as the problem is with Vista, an upgrade to WM6 should have no effect.

I've not heard of the problem with XP64 - but I gave up with the beta of that due to lack of drivers.

Is that promised by T-Mobile, HTC or both?

I have the unbranded HTC version, but can't find anything on their site about it.
