XP Remote

Is it possible to buy a remote controller for my PC like the ones that media centre use so i can control things like my iTUNES etc...?

I dont have media centre but this would be a nice feture as i find myself using my PC for music more and more and having a remote instead of a keyboard to control the functions such as track forward/back, play/pause etc would be handy...

My Media Centre remote and it works really well with Media Player on my 'normal' XP box (got one for £25 on ebay :) )

Unfortunately it doesn't work for Winamp so its likely it won't work for poo iTunes :D
