I have just received my new HTC P3600 / Orange M700 Pocket PC and I am really pleased with it.

It has all of the above with the exception of the GPS function. HTC are due to announce a ROM update for this device so that the GPS function can be used. There is a 'Trial or Demo' ROM at the moment that has been successfully installed on these devices but I am waiting for the official release from HTC which is rumoured to be on FEB 5TH 2007!!

There is also a device called the 'Eten Glofiish' which has everything you want, working now. It is advertised on the Expansys site at around £429.00 though.

I bought my M700 from a chap on ebay, so keep your eyes open and you may get a bargain like I did.

You can have a look at the site below for more info on the GPS function on the m700:-

Good luck!

Heya well the HTC Hermes.

Although this "doesnt have GPS" there is this on going discussion that is still going I think that the Hermes uses the same radio board as the HTC Trinity (M700) and they have proved it is active but they havnt managed to get it scanning yet.

It's working in the sense it can pick up satelites and a possibley a fix. However the hard part is proving to get the OS to inferface with the GPS section of the Radio

The Trinity and the Hermes and the Breeze share the same Qualcomm 6275 chipsets
