Serial Number Length on Vario 2

I broke my screen on my vario 2 ans i contacted HTC Support and booked it in, or so i thought. I havent received any emails, like they said i would. I was planning on dropping it in tomorrow, when im working down there, but with no address i cant.

So i then went onto their support website, i entered my serial number and it says it wasnt recognised, so wondered where im going wrong with the serial number.

any ideas? Or does anyone have the htc repair centres address in Milton Keynes?

My Vario II serial number/IMEI doesn't work on the website either. Looks like you'll have to take it to a T-Mobile shop :)

I had to ring them again this morning, for some reason i didnt get their emails, but its booked in, just adds more time to the repair as i was hoping to have it back for friday, but now they wont even get it til Wednesday :)
