M3100 won't snc!

Here's an odd one...

Have had a vario since the summer;

It's stopped syncing with activesync totally over the past week.

The only way i can get it to sync now is to delete the connection and then set up a new one, which as you can imagine is really annoying...

Has this happened to anyone else? and if so how has it been resolved?

It goes through the green connection for a normal length (one minute?) then drops and goes dead and grey, it's really baffling me!
