help..storage space keeps filling up

i have a mpx220.

my storage space keeps filling up. i deleted all emails, useless programs , and in the space manager.

(getting below 300kb free storage)

could some one give an advice? anything wil help thanks

Make sure you have deleted the deleted items as some people forget to do this, the same applies to the sent items folder.

Also check the Storage\MAPI folder as this contains sent messages and can become quite large.

theres nothing in the folder..

Try emptying your IE cache - I ended up with 4MB of junk in there.
