Skype + bluetooth headset = problem?

I've been trying to use my Jabra 250 with my m3100 and Skype. The Jabra works fine for non-Skype calls. The trouble is that everytime I press the button on the Jabra (so that the speakerphone will switch off, and the Skype call will be routed through the Jabra) it activates the 'Voice Command' interface.

This is making it impossible to use Skype, unless I have the conversations via the speakerphone.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
