Guest dj sharpey Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 The storage on the phone is down to 1.8MB and this is causing Exchange to not sync via ActiveSync. I though that deleting the 2000+ txt msgs from the Inbox and likewise from the Sent Items (yes I'm a txt whore), would cure it, no....this didn't free up anything. Is there any application to see what's using the memory? I do have Skype and TomTom on there, but as far as I know I installed both of those to my memory card.

Guest awarner (MVP) Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 After deleting the messages did you remember to delete the contents of the deleted items folder?
Guest dj sharpey Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 I hadn't, but the deleted items folder is totally empty. I'm gonna give MemMaid a go and see what it finds. Thanks for the response guys! :)

You can install the IE card cache patch in Pauls Favourite FREE hermes software thread (sticky), this will put your cache on your staorage card and not internal memory :) remember to clear your cache before installing :D Phil
